Communications Request

Do you have an event or information you would like to communicate or publicize? Fill out this form to submit an order for your communications piece. After submitting, you will be contacted by the Communications Coordinator on the status of your order. BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR REQUEST: Please make sure you have allowed adequate time for your request to be completed. (Events: 6-weeks) If you will need space for your event on the Atascocita campus and/or other services, don't forget to submit your needs via the Event Request form.

Information of Request

Please fill out the following information about your event, meeting, etc.
Enter title of your event, study, or meeting.
Include room number or area if on campus.
Please include as many details as possible.
If yes, a RSVP or registration form will be created and provided by the Communications Coordinator.
Select all that apply. Note that the level of promotion is based on the type and audience of the request, so not all selected options may be used.
